Este documental trata acerca del candente tema de los conflictos de intereses vinculados a la línea divisoria de las aguas, partiendo de dos situaciones aparentemente desemejantes: la bahía de Florida y el valle del Nilo. En ambos casos, la realización de grandes obras de avanzada tecnología provoca inesperadas rupturas del equilibrio ecológico preexistente.



This documentary deals with the burning issue of conflicts of interest in the domain of water distribution by examining two apparently very different situations: the Gulf of Florida and the Nile Valley. In both cases, major high technology public works programs have caused unexpected damage to the pre-existing ecological system.
