In the suburbs of Paris, various communities, each with its culture and tradition are living together, with tolerance, but with comprehension problems. Mendy, a young qualified African who is a delivery boy falls in love with Zohra, a young lady from Maghreb. Zohra's family is categorically against their relationship because of social differences. The pressure is so strong that Zohra and Mendy are compelled to part. From Africa, Mendy's parents could not understand why their son is still single despite his qualifications and his physical assets. They decide to seek advice from the marabou Ezoum, great guardian of the ancestors' power.
