Pour Tarak, onze ans, le ballon est toute sa vie. Dans une salle de spectacles abandonnée, lui et ses copains rêvent de faire partie d'un grand club de foot. Un soir, rentrant tard chez lui, il est puni par son père qui le prive d'un match de l'équipe nationale à la télévision.
